Privacy policy

1. Controller

The controller for personal data processed on imto-network.com is Olaf Strobel, Am Bahnhof 1, 66287 Quierschied, Germany. Contact: portal@friedhof.city.

2. Website delivery and server logs

When the website is accessed, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data, including IP address, time, requested address, referrer, browser and operating-system information and HTTP status. This supports secure, stable and error-free delivery and the prevention of misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are retained only for as long as required for operation, security and troubleshooting, unless a legal obligation or specific security incident requires longer retention.

3. Cookies, analytics and external content

This website currently sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking services. It does not load external web fonts, videos, social-media pixels or third-party iframes.

4. Local browser settings

Your selected language is stored in local storage under imto-site-language. Confirmation of the cookie and privacy notice is stored under imto-cookie-notice-v1 so that it does not reappear on every page view. Both entries are used solely for expressly requested website functions (Section 25(2)(2) TDDDG) and can be deleted through your browser’s website-data settings.

Access request

Data processed

When requesting access, we process the selected role, your name, organisation or family, email address, country and message, plus the optional telephone number and register or VAT details. Do not enter health data, case data or data relating to deceased persons.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is used solely to review the requested access, verify the business or organisation and contact you. The legal bases are your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where the request concerns cooperation or a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Transmission and recipients

The request is checked on the server and sent by email to the IMTO coordination team at friedhof.city. This does not create an account. Access is limited to staff handling the review and technically necessary hosting and email providers acting within their respective roles.

Misuse prevention

An invisible check field, the time spent completing the form and a pseudonymised identifier derived from the IP address with a timestamp are used to limit automated or repeated requests. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the security and availability of the form.

Retention and withdrawal

Request data is retained until the review and related communication are complete. It is then deleted when the purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention or evidence requirement or legitimate claim prevents deletion. Consent may be withdrawn for the future at any time by emailing portal@friedhof.city.

Your data-protection rights

Subject to the GDPR, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority.

Encryption and external links

This website is transmitted using TLS encryption. Links to friedhof.city and app.imto-network.com are opened only when you click them; their respective privacy information then applies.
