IMTO Network

Who is IMTO for?

Access paths for dispatch teams, funeral service providers and transport partners, institutions and bereaved families. Driver access through their organisation.

01

Funeral dispatch teams and coordination centres

You coordinate assignments, request bids and need to act when plans change. IMTO brings together case intake, costing, approvals, awards and confirmed transport updates. Open issues stay linked to the relevant case.

In the dispatch cockpit you manage work queues, assign partners and drivers and follow issues needing clarification. Organisation-based access accounts for the assigned dispatch organisation. Changes after award can be coordinated through a correction workflow.

02

Funeral service providers and transport partners

You want to assess assignments, submit clear bids and execute them from your actual sites. IMTO connects reduced tender views, bids, assignments and mobile trip records. A tender is not the complete case record.

After approval, complete your business profile and add at least one depot with its full address. Bids and new trip starts require a site. Assign active drivers from your organisation; they record status, mileage, waiting times and handovers.

03

Military, public-sector and institutional organisations

When a transfer requires specific references, contacts or documents, these need to stay linked to the assignment. IMTO provides additional fields for military cases and structured recording of document requirements and custody transfers.

Describe your organisation’s responsibilities and required scope in the access request. IMTO reviews the appropriate access personally. The platform does not replace institutional responsibilities or required approvals, nor does it guarantee suitability for every procedure.

04

Bereaved families and private clients

In a difficult situation, a clear overview helps: Which details are missing? Is an estimate ready for a decision? Which transport status has been confirmed? The client area supports order intake, intended approvals and following your own assignment.

First request support and suitable access. The public form is not case intake or a transport booking. Do not send details about the deceased person or health information there. The actual transfer is clarified with the responsible professional partners.

Request support and access

Drivers receive access through their organisation. They do not submit an independent business access request.

IMTO for your daily work

For professional dispatch teams

Award transfers. Plan your contribution margin.

For professional dispatch teams: calculate your client price, intended contribution margin and IMTO fee, compare provider quotes and award transfers yourself.

For assistance and repatriation teams

One case. One file. Coordinated across Europe.

Coordinate outsourced mortuary transfers and transport legs across Europe: provider quotes, assignments, status updates and handovers in one case file.

What the platform supports — and what needs separate clarification

IMTO operates the platform and coordination network. The appointed partner performs the transport. The parties check each assignment’s prerequisites, required releases and original documents. An app status does not replace an official decision. The five interface languages do not translate document contents.
