Your quoted price remains your quoted price
The IMTO network fee of 3–7% depends on assignment volume and is paid by the client or dispatch team. It is not deducted from your agreed provider price. Calculate your own costs, taxes and contractual terms independently.

Request a review
Provide your business, contact, actual depot, service areas or routes and offered services. We review business access personally.

Complete profile and depot
After approval, complete your business profile and add an actual depot with its address. Quotes and new trip starts require a location.

Submit a quote
Review tenders and submit your price, terms and location. Dispatch decides on the award.

Record trip and handover
After award, assign active drivers in your organisation. Record status, waiting time, kilometres and handovers in the intended workflow.
Questions from funeral businesses
Does a quote incur an IMTO network fee?
No. The client side pays the IMTO network fee; it is not deducted from your agreed provider price.
Must I accept every tender?
No. You decide whether to quote. Even after quoting, the assignment requires a dispatch award.
Can drivers apply for pool access themselves?
No. The business requests access. After approval, drivers join through their organisation.
