For dispatch teams at funeral homes

Assign the transfer. Your funeral home stays the contact.

If pickup is outside your service area or your own capacity is limited, tender the transport across Europe. Set the price limit, choose the partner and follow the assignment in IMTO through to the recorded handover.

Personally reviewed B2B access. No registration fee for requests or activation.

Keep handling assignments beyond your own service area.

Your clients expect reliable organisation even when you cannot perform the transport yourself. IMTO supports finding suitable quotes, awarding work and coordinating execution. You remain your client’s contact and calculate the outsourced service including the network fee.

Assign a case beyond your service area to a transport partner in a structured workflow.

You keep the decision.

01

Set your own price limit

Define the service, dates and provider budget. Include the network fee in your calculation before publishing the tender.

02

Choose suitable quotes

Compare incoming quotes on price and service. You decide the award; providers decide whether to submit a quote.

03

Follow the case through

After award, driver assignment, confirmed status updates, documents and handovers stay linked to the case.

Calculate before award

Include the IMTO fee in your price limit.

For managed dispatch, the dispatch business pays the network fee. Calculate it in advance alongside the provider price, other case costs and your intended contribution margin. A viable award requires a suitable provider quote.

An example of the calculation.

Client price
€2,200.00
Provider price
− €1,714.29
IMTO fee · 5%
− €85.71
Remaining contribution margin
€400.00

Hypothetical net amounts, with no other case costs. The provider must offer the agreed service at this price. Contribution margin is not net profit.

Standard network fee

The tier is based on the awarded provider price.

Up to and including €1,000
7 %
Over €1,000 up to and including €3,000
5 %
Over €3,000
3 %

50% is due at award, 50% after successfully documented completion. Transport partners receive their agreed quote price without deductions.

For direct tendering without a dispatcher, the ordering client pays the network fee.

IMTO serves a European market. Suitable quotes and transport feasibility are established for each request.

Before your first case.

Do I need to change my entire process immediately?

Start by preparing one outsourced case or transport leg through IMTO. Initial pilot cases receive personal support; scope and costs are agreed before assignment.

Who sets the price?

You set the guideline or maximum budget. Transport partners calculate their own quotes. You review the quotes and decide the award. A budget does not guarantee a provider will accept that price.

Are status updates live tracking?

You see recorded updates from participants, not automatic GPS tracking. Reliable case progress depends on timely and complete reporting.
